Do you own each of your services?

We decided from the very beginning that the only way we could ensure you're getting the best value for money is to work with service providers who are each experts and leaders in their fields. So while we don't own these services we do put each through a lengthy testing process before we agree to partner with them. If service providers aren't reliable or in any way fall short of our rather high expectations, we simply won't work with them.

Is it safe to book with you?

Online use of credit cards can be a daunting prospect - we know. So we've made sure we use some of the very same security measures that major financial institutions and high street banks use for their online security. This might seem like over kill to some but it couldn't be more important to us. All your transactions are verified by Equifax Secure and your payment information is always fully encrypted and protected.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

When you book a service with us we'll send you confirmation email which will contain the service provider's contact details. Just call the number supplied and the service provider can help you with any issues you might have. If you'd like to know a little more about the individual terms of each service just scroll up a little further where we supply some quick links.

Where's my confirmation email?

When you book a service with us we immediately send you a confirmation email to the email address you supplied. If you can't find this email it might be because it's landed in your junk or spam folder so be sure to check there. If you sill can't find it, don't worry. Just drop us a line and we'll resend the confirmation to you.

What's your phone number?

We keep prices down by not having the expense of running some impersonal call centre. Instead you can contact us anytime and a real person that actually works within the TripExtras team will get back to you A.S.A.P.
