I/ We have lived in the United Kingdom
(England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales) for more than 3 months
(single trip policies) / more than 6 months (annual multi-trip policies).
During the past 12 months, I can confirm that neither myself nor
any of the people to be insured by this policy have suffered from any
medical condition or received medication, advice or treatment (excluding
contraceptive advice). This includes investigations, reviews and admissions
relating to medical conditions, whether or not a diagnosis has been
received. If I/We have suffered from pre-existing medical conditions
these have been declared on this policy.
- Please note: No cover is provided for medical conditions relating
to third parties on whom a trip may depend (e.g. a relative) which have
been suffered or for which medication, advice or treatment has been
received in the last 6 months, or 6 months before the trip is booked
(whichever is later.)
None of the insured will be employed in manual labour whilst abroad.
You and anyone named on the policy are travelling from and returning
to the United Kingdom and the policy has been / will be purchased before
leaving the UK.
You will not be covered if you choose to travel to a specific area against
the advice issued by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
You are not covered for any claims arising as a result of travel
disruptions, cancellations or delays due to volcanic ash clouds or volcanic
eruptions, regardless of whether airspace or airports have been closed
or not.
